Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a transaction advisory senior associate, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to analyze target company financial data and help communicate findings.
• You will help lead discussions with key executives and decision makers and identify potential issues important to our clients’ investment decisions.
• Professional writing skills and the ability to clearly document findings are vital to your success in this role.
• This Austin-based position presents a unique opportunity for fast professional development, learning and growing in a team-oriented group with limited travel expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of transaction advisory experience in public accounting (preferably Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm) with experience leading transaction advisory engagements
• Eligible to sit for CPA or CFA Certification
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly motivated team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for project management
• Experience with middle market, technology, and/or software targets preferred
