THE ROLE

doxo is seeking a Director of Marketing to be responsible for all marketing activities for the doxo biller audience. This position is an integral part of the doxo B2B management team. This role reports to the VP of doxoDIRECT and works with the B2B sales, success and operations teams to devise, execute, measure and optimize all marketing activities to billers.

The best candidate will be one who has the strategic insight on how to build a substantial program from scratch while having the tactical expertise to put the program into motion. You understand the value of experimentation and testing new concepts to see what works - and are able to create a framework for measuring it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Drive awareness of doxo and its value proposition and offerings to all billers in the doxo Biller Directory
Establish and maintain the marketing strategy and execution for the biller facing business
Manage the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns and email automation to generate MQLs for the inside sales team
Manage the creation and execution of account nurturing campaigns to drive Provider customer engagement
Leverage the data generated by the doxo consumer activity on the doxo to drive differentiation vis-a-vis legacy bill pay approaches
Manage the doxo Provider website
Work with corporate and consumer marketing teams to align on PR and branding
Work with the Sales and Provider Operations to improve self enrollment sales representative messaging and segmentation
Managing the development of sales collateral
Determining key performance indicators and generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement


QUALIFICATIONS:


5+ years of B2B marketing and lead generation
Excellent organizational and communications skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights, and sales and marketing goals into effective digital campaigns
Working-level knowledge of marketing automation tools like Pardot.
Familiarity with SalesForce
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to convey information in a friendly and concise manner
Work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to accomplish objectives and work proactively
Capacity for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
