About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to develop web content to highlight our product value to consumers and engage our users outside of the core application. You will be responsible for expanding our client's marketing channels through the launching of new content initiatives to acquire new users. You will be responsible for all aspects of these content marketing initiatives from the strategic development to the tactical execution with the end goal to drive traffic, engagement, account creations, and bill payments through the application.
Develop and drive content strategy for new user acquisition.
Bring a passion and creative mind set for content creation in the fintech/bill pay space.
Drive an increase in awareness, adoption, and engagement with products and subscription services among consumer audiences at scale through the development of engaging content
Build a content library through leveraging internal insights bill pay data on how consumers pay their bills and hiring freelancers to fill in missing pieces.
Work cross-functionally, collaborating with the paid media and other consumer product and marketing teams to define customer messaging and engage users across all marketing channels.
Be data driven and own content testing and measurement, optimizing for what drives engagement, subscription sign-ups and payments.
Use data and insights to inform content development and prioritization.
Measure and maximize return on content investment.
Create a long range plan to scale and manage content through external editorial and development resources.
5+ years of experience writing, editing, and managing B2C content to increase web traffic, drive conversions, build brand awareness, and acquire new users.
Solid understanding of B2C content marketing strategy and SEO
Proven track record establishing new content marketing user acquisition programs from start to finish, from the ground up
KPI-driven mindset that seeks to understand via metrics what audiences consume and engage with and incorporate these findings iteratively into the upcoming content marketing strategy.
Ability to quantify ROI on content marketing efforts
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field
