About the Role
• At least 5 years of relevant experience are required. Assist Systems Analysts and Business Analysts by collecting information through interviews and draft documents.
• Compile data collected into policy, procedural, or technical documents Collect revision requests and perform revisions on existing documentation.
• Develop flow, ladder, and other types of Visio diagrams Establish format requirements for various types of documentation Create templates.
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Expert in MS Word, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge and experience with SharePoint beneficial Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Strong organizational skills.
• Organized; able to track and meet multiple deadlines Able to interpret and understand technical subject matter Ability to work well with subject matter experts to gather information for documents
