About the job

Responsibilities of the catalog specialist include guiding selling partners through program onboarding stages, executing catalog updates to support onboarding, and reporting on onboarding progress/next steps. Catalog specialists for this role should be comfortable working with multiple systems and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, they should be comfortable communicating to a variety of internal and external stakeholders and have experience in program management.


• 5+ years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, preferred degrees would be Business Management, Sciences
• Communication skills, written and verbal with variety of stakeholder: internal/external (vendors)
• Strong attention to detail: Catalog Specialist role, will be guiding vendors through process so needing to keep strong record of changes, following process
• Experience working with internal systems like catalog or data management systems, open to variety of industries, but familiarity with working with different systems a processes

• Previous experience at Amazon, highly desirable, or other ecommerce/retail company
• SQL experience would be great, but basically pulling own data, use SQL quite a bit. Data management skills.
• Program manager experience
• Open to variety, does not need to be specifically catalog, but ability to draft processes
